This is a friendly reminder that we have our mandatory Concurrent Enrollment (CE) Student and Family Orientation this Saturday, December 10th, at UC Berkeley.

Where: UC Berkeley Campus, Dwinelle Hall (map), Room 155
Time: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

We encourage you to think of questions to ask our College Panel! Students and families, feel free to wear comfortable shoes as we have a campus tour planned.

WAIVER AND LIABILITY
Please complete the Concurrent Enrollment Program Student Waiver and Authorization to Consent to Treatment Forms attached below. Download a copy of the documents, open the documents from Google Chrome, and include all the required signatures. For the medical card, please take a picture and upload it with all of the forms into the RSVP link below.

To keep us all healthy and safe, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL STUDENTS AND FAMILIES BE MASKED WHILE INDOORS.
